My name is Marie Palmquist, I have practiced law for 30 years and specialize in Estate Planning. I strive to assist clients to develop individualized plans for when our lives are over that not only create a legacy but are crafted to protect your beneficiaries, avoid unnecessary taxes and fees, and address your family’s unique situation. Those situations can include a wide range of different circumstances that need special consideration and thought.
Our sole focus is educating local residents that the average citizen’s estate is much larger than they realize. Not only are our clients trying to maintain their hard-earned wealth for their beneficiaries but they seek to be remembered not just by those who are alive but well into the future making them “gone but not forgotten.”

Although we maintain a small office in Freeport, Florida, our firm will come to your area to meet with you. We are able to make arrangements to accommodate disabled clients who have mobility issues.
